At Flora & Form, we offer expert garden uplift and clearance services across Devon, working between Exeter and Totnes and throughout the surrounding areas. Whether your garden needs a serious refresh or a full clearance to make way for new plans, we’re here to help.
Our services are ideal for homeowners, landlords, property managers, or anyone looking to bring a neglected or overgrown garden back to life or prepare a space for new use.
Transparent Pricing & Flexible Booking
Both our Garden Uplift and Garden Clearance services are charged at an hourly rate – ideal for jobs of all sizes and budgets. We’ll always give an estimate of time needed based on a quick consultation or site visit.
Hourly Rate: £25 (waste removal incurs and additional cost and is dependent on the volume to be removed)

Garden Uplifts
If your outdoor space is looking a little tired, overgrown or weather-worn, our Garden Uplift service is just the thing you need. This is a practical, affordable way to transform an untidy or neglected garden into something much more usable and attractive—without starting from scratch.
Our uplift work can include:
• Cutting back and pruning overgrown plants, hedges and trees
• Full garden tidy-ups
• Cleaning and re-edging borders and paths
• Jet washing patios, paving and decking
• Re-pointing patios
• Repairing or reviving existing garden features
This service is tailored to the needs of each space, so whether it’s a one-time spruce-up or a deeper rejuvenation, we’ll help you fall back in love with your garden.
Sometimes a space needs a clean slate. Our Garden Clearance service is ideal for removing unwanted green waste, old materials, or even full garden features that are past their best. This is perfect if you're planning a redesign, selling a property, or just need to make a space safe and usable again.
We can safely and legally clear:
• Overgrown vegetation and brambles
• Unused sheds, decking or fencing
• Old garden furniture and materials
• Rubbish and green waste
We work with registered waste carriers and follow all legal requirements under The Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Duty of Care Regulations, ensuring that all waste is handled, transported and disposed of responsibly and legally. This protects you as the client from potential fines and ensures peace of mind.
